If you don't see your insurance on the list, but want to be treated here, we will be do everything possible to get on your particular insurance panel. Double check your insurance company's website and look for the name of the provider you wish to see. We are also happy to bill as an out-of-network provider. We can also provide the necessary forms to submit to your insurance yourself. Although we may have providers in your insurance's networks, that doesn't always mean that your plan covers all services. We are always happy to verify your benefits with your insurance company before your visit.
If you do not have insurance coverage for the service(s) you wish to use here, we do offer a time of service discount if you pay on the day of your visit, and we have some programs to help make your care affordable.
